These Terms of Service govern your use of meroSchool, a product of Kritim Mind Technologies Pvt. Ltd., including browsing themes, purchasing a website, and using the customization dashboard.
By creating an account or purchasing a theme on meroSchool, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
Each theme purchase grants you a license to use that theme for one website (one institution), unless otherwise stated in your plan. Payment is processed securely through our payment gateway partner.
Prices are listed at checkout in the applicable currency. Once payment succeeds, your account, theme, and live website are created automatically.
Because a live website is provisioned immediately upon purchase, refund requests are evaluated case by case. Contact us within 7 days of purchase if you believe you're eligible for a refund.
You retain ownership of the content you upload to your website — including your logo, text, photos, and any other institutional materials.
You are responsible for ensuring your content doesn't violate any laws or infringe on others' rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
Every website is assigned a free subdomain (e.g. yourname.yourdomain.com). You may optionally connect your own custom domain (e.g. www.yourschool.edu.np) at any time from your dashboard.
You are responsible for maintaining ownership and DNS configuration of any custom domain you connect.
We aim to keep the platform and your published website available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay applicable fees.
meroSchool and Kritim Mind Technologies Pvt. Ltd. are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
